For qualifying full-arch cases, failing teeth can be removed, implants placed, and fixed provisional teeth attached in one surgical visit. Final zirconia teeth are placed after healing.

No. Full-arch implant consultations with Dr. Volland are complimentary and require no referral. For wisdom teeth, single implants, and other procedures, we work through your general dentist's referral.
For full-arch cases, yes, entirely. Dr. Volland plans the case, places the implants, and delivers the final zirconia bridge himself, with no outside referral at any stage. For single implants and smaller restorative work, he places the implant and your own general dentist makes the crown, which is the standard division of labor and keeps you with the dentist who knows your mouth.
Dr. Volland offers the full range, from nitrous and oral sedation to IV conscious sedation and general anesthesia, all delivered in-house by a hospital-trained surgeon. Options are matched to your procedure and comfort level.
The standard path is three appointments: implants and fixed provisional teeth on day one, prototype try-in at week eight, and the final zirconia bridge at week twelve. Some cases run longer. Bone quality, healing, and any grafting can push the final delivery to four or five months, and Dr. Volland will not rush a final bridge onto implants that are not ready. You will get a case-specific timeline at consultation rather than a marketing number.
Yes. It covers CT imaging, surgical planning, implant placement, in-house IV sedation, the same-day provisional, the 8-week prototype, the final zirconia bridge with titanium bar, and all follow-up visits for 12 months. Bone grafting is priced separately when clinically required, you'll know at consultation, not in the chair.
